A Modern Problem:Universal Basic Income

Utopia is slowly gaining ground in Europe, in the form of a universal basic income, a fixed amount close to 900 euros that each "active" member of society could receive every month without any means testing. Vox Pop interviews Gaspard Koenig, a liberal philosopher who is in favor of this measure.
