The ‘perfect’ ECB president should be … Olli Rehn?

Mario Draghi steps down as president of the European Central Bank this fall, and Bank of Finland Governor Olli Rehn just so happens to have a vision of what needs to come next.
Despite being the man with a plan for the ECB, the frequently tweeting governor is still coy about whether he is the person to deliver it.
With Europe divided between north and south over what economic recipes are required to steer the Continent back to robust growth, speculation is mounting that the 57-year-old Finn could emerge as a winner of the game of thrones for top EU jobs, which has kicked off ahead of next month's European Parliament election.
