Ας προσπαθήσει και η Κυβέρνηση σε κάποιο πρόγραμμα να ενεργοποιήσει Πανεπιστήμιο-Επιχείρηση για να ενεργοποιήθούν δυνάμεις για την εφαρμογή της ''μεθόδου'' . Κατ΄αρχάς σε περιοχές του δημόσιου τομέα, που υστερούν(δηλαδή όλες σχεδόν). Με την ''Ανοιχτή Διακυβέρνηση'' έγινε ένα πρώτο βήμα προς αυτήν την κατεύθυνση, και φαίνεται ότι διαθέτει μηχανισμό στήριξης μιας τέτοιας πρωτοβουλίας.
